Confidentiality Agreement

At the beginning of the mediation, all individuals in the joint caucus will be required to sign the Mediation Confidentiality Agreement. (Adrienne will provide the form to be executed.) This agreement is among the parties to the mediation, their representatives and counsel, and the mediator. The signature of everyone is critical to the mediation process, and no mediation can proceed without the signature of all individuals present. If any party, representative or counsel participates by telephone, someone at the mediation must have the authority to sign the confidentiality agreement on that person's behalf.
